Shayle flesser biography of michaels books
Gallery owner. Shayle Flesser from Emma Street Studio wears a lot of creative hats. We loved our recent sit down with her to chat about all things art, passion and inspiration. Related article: The experimental textures of abstract artist, Jessie Rigby Related article: Artistic storyteller: A chat with Aboriginal artist, Goompi. I love fashion, interiors and of course, all things visual arts.
A lot of people call to speak to Emma! My school books were always littered with drawings of whatever the text book was about! Funnily enough, I also did minor studies in sociology, psychology and other art disciplines. My minor studies allowed me to develop the dialogue and vocabulary I needed to do this. I have always felt my art practice is like an engaging long-time companion… something I take with me everywhere I go.

With big plans to take her art to the US and European markets, there are exciting times ahead for Shayle. To follow along and see her works, check out her daily posts on Instagram.
